• Construction of new small embedded power station site consisting of engines and ancillaries with new major plant items such as mains gas connection capacity (where appropriate), distribution grid connection capacity and associated works and civils. To the best of our knowledge and belief, the CMU will meet the Extended Years Criteria (as per rule 3.7.2 (a)). These criteria will be met by the installation of new apparatus capable of remaining in operation for 15 years or more beginning with the first delivery year and that the plant will be compliant with all relevant emissions and energy efficiency standards that could be expected of a new plant of the same type, size and energy source in Great Britain and the European Union.
